Symph/Dark

So I have been reading around and it seems Symph control works well when built for damage more so than control? So i have been trying to create a build that does the following:

 

- Net good damage

- high def/res

- high global rech

 

not sure on my enhancement choices here but eh.

 

I have a few powers that are just 'set mules' such as Chords of Despair. 

 

I'd like to have slot Enfeebling Lullaby for damage - I believe some people have said it is great for it, but I could be wrong.

 

I wanted to try have a solid ST rotation with Hymn of Dissonance > Impassioned Serenade > Ice Blast.

 

As a note - it did take me 04:59:11 mins to take down a rikti pylon - so not great!
