Arsenal weapon out of sync

At first I thought the attacks were being messed with because I had the targeting drone on. I de-toggled the targeting drone and still have the attacks appear to the far right of my character's weapon placement.

I experienced a similar but different misalignment with the "flamethrower" effect from both the cold and fire attacks using the DUST cannon, but in this instance the point of emission was set below the barrel.  Will add a screenshot later when I can find it.
