I wasn't able to find a build with mind/storm so I copied some stuff from an ill/storm build and tried my best to fill in the gaps, any and all help is appreciated! Thanks! As I understand it, not having a mass hold outside of sleep is a bit of a downside to mind so I slotted out Thunderclap with absolute amazement which would allow it to perma stun it seems like Controller (Mind Control - Storm Summoning).mbd
SeraphimKensai Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Mind control has Telekinesis which is currently in the open beta right now to change its functionality significantly. I'd recommend trying it out on the test server to see if you like it.
