Does not seem to be WIA.

I logged into my pre-existing Arse/Traps Controller (lvl 35, Rogue) and was able to TP to contact from the "Find Contact" window, "talk" to the payphone, select the mission, Mission Teleport (power) to it*, and then enter.

I have not yet completed Buzzsaw's arc (*I actually detoured to Buzzsaw, picked up the arc, and then Teleported from there).
