NPC Chat & Cutscenes size?

Is there a way to make what the NPC's and cutscene text boxes bigger? They are so small it's hard to read or goes by fast. I know you can adjust the window size and such but it doesn't affect the word balloons. Hopefully I worded this right

I don't think you can change the font size for cut scenes but you can add " Cut Scene Dialogue " to your chat tab so you can read it there, and that can be resized.
