Controller Telekinesis slotting issues

In the latest build controller telekinesis does not accept immobilize or controller archetype IO's. The power text says it does but I assume some setting is missing somewhere? Dominator telekinesis does accept immobilize and dominator archetype IO's though.

 

(Hope this isn't confusing by the way - I didn't know whether to start a new thread or just tag it on to this one)
