I saw a video on youtube and I thought the concept is cool just trying to figure out where to go from here with it. Any suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated. Thraxen Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 I generally do 3 damage, 1 acc, 1 end, 1 recharge when SO/IO a power. Leveling up this will be about as much accuracy as you'll need. Maybe two accuracy instead of end if the character can handle the end drain, but I'd say you'll quickly run out with no end reduction in the attacks.
