Any notes appreciated.  Not real happy 4 slotting Hasten but had couple slots left over and still needed to shave some seconds off of it.  Rest seems fine.  

 

It is an homage to Nuclear Man, the villain from the fantastic Superman IV.  So some of the powers are because of this.  Don't really need energy torrent either.
