Anyone make an Arsenal/Arsenal build they like yet?

Never tried it on Beta and guessing a few people have a maxed out build already

 

Looking to make one because AR/DEV Blaster is one of my favorites.

 

Anyone have a build they like and willing to share to give me some ideas?

Permadom with either ranged capped or smashing/lethal sounds amazing.

There is another Dominator post that has multiple builds.  I messed with one of those to get this for my toon.  I'm open to suggestions on how to improve it.
