Shadow Fall Borked?

While turned on, it gives me no defense according to the attributes window. It doesn't even show up.

 

EDIT: It seems cloaking device overrides shadow fall instead of adding it's defense. If I turn off cloaking device, shadow fall pops up.

Yea, the defenses bonuses do not stack. Only the strongest one applies.

Only the strongest Stealth factor applies also.

But the OTHER parts of the power, the Damage Resistance, etc, all still apply.

It USED to be you just couldn’t have both toggles running at once at all. Now you can have them both on and the best effects from both apply.

I guess it'll make slotting shadow fall easier at least.

I don't think the defense in either Shadow Fall or Cloaking Device is strong enough to bother slotting. Shadow Fall gets Damage Res and a variety of IO Specials.

That's interesting, considering Cloaking Device only takes defensive sets. Lotg fodder then.
