CyclopsDoesNotCare Posted June 22, 2019 Share Posted June 22, 2019 I can't tell if I'm bugged in some way, but I started a kinetic defender and no matter how many times I cast Siphon Power I don't see the buff on me nor anyone surrounding me in my team. Alty Posted June 22, 2019 Share Posted June 22, 2019 Have you checked your Combat Attributes to be sure you're not getting the buff? The icons might not be showing if you have hidden them.
