I changed my password and used the only game related name I have. I still get the error. Does anyone know what I can do to correct this? Thanks!!! AccidentalRob Posted April 29, 2019 Share Posted April 29, 2019 This may be a stupid question, but you did click on this link to create your Game Account, correct? If you did and are still having problems, go there again and change your password. Make sure you take note of the account name so you know you're getting that correct as well.
