Bug Report: Critter Effects - Fireflies 1 thru 4

The following firefly critter fx's are currently not spawning the fireflies after placement in base editing.

What I've done so far to test this

- Placed fireflies 1 thru 4 types in an open unrestricted viewable area in the base, exited base editor, still no spawn.

- Exited the base and returned, still no visual spawn.

- Two of them spawned after reloading the game but the rest hadn't. (Fireflies 2 seems to be functional but really fickle on spawning at the moment.)
