Power boost from Soul mastery is not buffing Defense buffs in Cold Domination.

• • As title says. None of the Cold Domination defenses are being increased on my Defender. Cold Dom/Storm Blast. -Epic pool: Power mastery The Defense values on all the skills (ice shields and artic fog and such) do not rise up.
    
    Showing example of  Arctic Fog as I cannot cast shields on myself.  (Verified from casting on other players)

Not a bug.  Anything that can be slotted for +resistance (like the Cold Domination shields), isn't impacted by Power Boost.  See
