Team Teleport and Group Fly tweak

Hey there. So I have a hero that has teleportation and I’d been working on making him the ultimate means of transportation. I was thinking it would be cool to update Team Teleport and Group Fly where if you’re targeting a particular teammate, those two abilities will affect just them along with the user, but when no teammate is selected, it affects in a radius. 😁 that might be cool. 😁

did you make a kin so you can give everyone super speed and super jump as well?
