Failure to install error

After 3/30/24 emergence maintenance, I been getting installment failure.  I have tried uninstalling both the game and beta and reinstall and get the same message.

From your log:
2024-03-31 10:42:19    pkginstall: Commit failed: Cannot remove file bin/win64/live/cityofheroes.exe.removed

This generally means something is holding on to the old file, reboot your machine and try again.
