Elec/Ninjutsu PVP sentinel build help

mids says i should have 40% def to ranged but when i go into pvp zone in game with this build combat attributes says 20% def to all what am i doing wrong?

Is it setup to show you PvP numbers?  In PvP zones you lose some of your defense/resist.

You are going to get hit with DR, meaning diminished returns. Sentnels along with all other ranged toons, other then Widows or Banes, are going to get hit hard as well. Defense in PVP being ranged or melee is not going to be a game changer.
