Not really. Figure the OP was going for looks more than identical function. The question would really come down what to make the two different effects. Though, isn't it Core is additional Damage (DoT usually I believe if not always) and a secondary effect on the Radial.

Looking at his Marvel page, it seems he has Shapeshifting and Power Mimicry. However, there does seems to be limits, but I'm also left wondering if he can change into a made up look, or if he has to copy someone. Seems like he's a minor version of Rogue mixed with Mystique.

Besides no taunt, not sure it would need DDR that much and not all AVs do -Defense

Not sure on Fire Melee, but Energy Melee seems like it would be a set with enough solid DPS you wouldn't need to worry about proccing out the attacks for AV hunting DPS, so could slot it to focus more on the set bonuses and survival.

I don't believe he's copied energy blasts and such has he? Merely the physical aspects? Maybe they look like metal claws for instance, but they're not adamantium level metal claws, even if he may be able to make them tougher than just bone. I think a real question is, why does he morph to look like Angel to grow wings and not just grow wings?

I think the issue with -DMG, from what I understand, is it gets resisted by the enemies Resist. So, -DMG seems nice, until the enemy that does energy damage also has 75% energy resist, so that -DMG gets weakened a lot.

I honestly haven't felt like my Corruptors, when solo, are doing that much more damage than my Defenders. So, yes, Scourge may kick in and be of use on bosses, and AV types of deals when solo, but if a Corr can get down to Scourge kicking in, then a Defender can get them down in health too. Defender comes with some better Defense numbers too. I've enjoyed my Storm/Storm Defender more than my Storm/Storm Corruptor. No, on Kinetics, I thought the Corruptor won out.

Street Justice/WP has Shin Breaker with both -Defense and Slows, Crushing Uppercut with Hold, RttC with -ToHit and just need to grab a range attack in Epic 🙂

Not sure I see Yelena as the leader type of the group, as I didn't feel that in the movie or shows. I also wonder if Bucky would just follow her. Like the return of Ghost, but Taskmaster was meh.

Have looked at the Dominator set, as I'm happy with my ILL/ENERGY and not the biggest Dom fan. However, I'd hope for some punches and kicks.

I'd think the one atop City Hall would be easier to get to and I was able to get it with Athletic Run. That said, the move didn't bother me personally, but it did surprise me 😛 All the others seem to be in place to where they were.

I would hope a sonic melee set would come with at least one ranged power for a screaming/shout animation. 🙂

Import via data chunk worked for me. However, it had Radiation Therapy at very low damage for some reason in the the display.

I like the Revive idea, but I will say, I still think -Regen Resist & Slow Resist in Fast Healing and a bit more Resist in Resilience would be good. Also I still feel all of Integration should be enhanceable.

Should note, Stone's T9 is good too. You recover while they beat on the Geode. It is a mix, but it works. I like Rebirth on Shield Defense myself. But once you softcap and IO out, you may not need it. Especially if with some of the Epic picks you can get. Not keen on Ice Armor's lack of DDR.

Can you post this build, as I have a Psi/Rad Brute I'd like to compare it to, to see how I can change it up for those resists 🙂

Honestly, while I wouldn't be against it, I've had no issue with 85% Resist on my PB.

Depends on if I like the changes myself, however, I was hoping Jean would turn out to be Cable's real mother this time around.

It did seem a bit rushed to go Inferno/Goblin Queen. However, they're also not following the comic anyways. I don't recall her having any powers when she was with Scott and if I recall she didn't know she was a clone either.

As I would love to see Kinetic Melee improved, I have thought, why not keep it simple? Concentrated Strike. No reason this shouldn't crit for more damage on Stalkers and Scrappers. Let it critical strike for normal crit damage. No "1/4 crit" HOWEVER like it can now, it still recharges Power Siphon on a separate crit check, which they can give to Tankers and Brutes too. Focused Burst. Yes it's a ranged attack, but why not give it close to Total Focus level of damage? Focused Burst is a 2.244 animation. Total Focus is a 2.772 animation. That range aspect isn't that big of a deal when you're a melee class likely to use it in melee range anyways. Could give it Hold to allow it to use Hold Procs to up it's damage. Or combination. Such a nice animation, would love to see people using this attack more, including myself.
