Arsenal Control - Tranquilizer damage

Sometimes, tranquilizer does not deal toxic damage when it hits a target that is already asleep. I am not sure if this is intended, but the power description does not read that it is.

The damage is an independent hit check.  The dart will always hit and apply sleep (sleep powers are autohit in PvE) but the damage will still need an accuracy check.  Entirely possible you're simply missing the damage roll.  Check the Hit Rolls in the combat log and see what's happening.

I understand the damage part is not autohit. However, there is no record of the tohit roll for the damage, only the autohit mez message.

The Combat Attributes "Last Hit Chance" does not change when using Tranquilizer, either.

Can a power only show a single tohit message, and that's why there is no damage tohit roll shown? If only one tohit roll can be shown, I would much rather see the damage tohit roll than the sleep autohit message.
