Spine/Regen

So I have been wanting to make a spines/regen scrap for some time now but I am really struggling to find a decent build for it. I saw a couple on here somewhere else but the data blocks for plugging the builds into mids do not seem to work anymore. I am only interested in doing pve for both solo and group play. No need to worry about any theme choices, just want a solid pumper build!

I appreciate anybody who can get back to me about this in advance!

You have given me so much to aspire to with my Spines/Regen. Clearly I have a long way to go with my build to get to your level 😮

Spines/regen has always been one of my favorites, it was also one of my first handful of 50s on live.

This build really works well for me. the biggest thing is to keep up with IH, and for big fights pop Dull Pain before going in so you can be at the HP cap.

Majority of the time though i just use IH and reconstruction as needed, saving DP in case i just randomly get hit hard.

Awesome. Yes my Spines/Regen scrapper was my first 50 on Live. It was also the first toon I made and got to 50 here on Homecoming. I'm finding it more fun now than I did on Live!

I feel like spines/invuln/psi would be better than spines/regen

What's the purpose of Super Speed in this build? It is common to have 2 travel powers?

Oh and why Stealth? Just a Def buff?

SS because i like to play as fast as possible. and im usually ahead of the group by a mob or two. most folks always pair ss with sj or tp because SS is pretty much only good for going straight  and doesnt off much for getting around obstacles.

stealth can be swapped for maneuvers , but i didnt have room for assault so i went with stealth for the +def and also because it helps to not have full aggro all the time when tanks and brutes are on the team.
