Justaris Posted June 27, 2019 Share Posted June 27, 2019 It's not bad but it's fulfilling a different role. -DEF and -RES are both ways to improve your damage output, while -TOHIT is there to make you safer. If you're playing with a high Defense IO build it'll add to your effective total Defense. If you're not building for Defense otherwise then I think you're better off with one of the others.
