Top Interface procs for a Rad/Rad?

I was told get the one that does -res, or the -def to stack with rad's built in attack debuff as well.  What about -tohit?

It's not bad but it's fulfilling a different role.  -DEF and -RES are both ways to improve your damage output, while -TOHIT is there to make you safer.  If you're playing with a high Defense IO build it'll add to your effective total Defense.  If you're not building for Defense otherwise then I think you're better off with one of the others.

 

Personally I like the extra -regen from Diamagnetic radial.
