I have no idea how to slot for that since I do no know what sets to look at. Is this a good starting point? I need to fit Whirlwind in somewhere for thematic purposes. Swapping in Assault would be an easy add, but since you want Whirlwind that's likely the one to do it with. I don't have slotting tips for it, but the overall numbers look solid.
