(Relatively) Budget Fire/Atomic build ideas?

I'm pretty terrible working in Mids to sort out what I'm looking for and I tend to miss a ton of opportunities. Hoping for help building up my Fire/Atomic who is amazingly fun to play as I level. Shooting for a high Def build with a respectful amount of +Rech. 

Powers I love:

Fireball, Rain of Fire, Blaze, Inferno, Fire Blast. I like Breath and Aim but can sacrifice them if needed. Blazing Bolt and Flares I'm happy to skip!

Positronic Fist, Atom Smasher, Matabolic, Beta Decay, Nega Slam, Positron Cell (though Cell doesn't get much use teamed). Radioactive Cloud seems good but I barely even click it. Ionize is great but again if things are tight I can pass it. Shackles skip. 

I'm open to an Epic, though I would lean toward Fire for theme.  

Definitely not looking for a no limit purpled out build! I can do like Blaster AT sets, some LotG, a couple big $ ones but I can't a big build with 50m spent on each power.

Keep blazing bolt.  There are great sets that run a couple million per piece.  I would just use those and 5/6 set them.  If you run a few summer block buster that will give you some overwhelming force to throw in. Great for powers that do knockback.  Just use OF KBtoKD

Thunderstrike and Artillery fit are classy sets 🙂 Plus the image for Artillery looks like a naval deck gun of the Mark 45 5"/54 Variety which makes me a little steamy.
