Extra Weirdness

I'm doing the Just How Evil Are You tip mission, rogue morality. One of the subdued heroes has a Zenith Hoverbot as a guard. Upon defeating the Mitilia Leader, the hoverbot promptly fled up into the ceiling, getting most of the way through before getting stuck and becoming untargetable for any further attacks. I don't think they are supposed to be able to fly up through the ceiling....

 

Edit: The map is Zone/Mission: V_Sewers_45_Layout_07_01. And it happened in the first large room when you go left at the first junction/fork.
