SO guidance for a ff/elec

Howdy. I'm going to be doing an SO/basic IO only ff/elec and was wondering what would be the best slotting for the ff powers. I've got the basic 2 acc 1 end rdx 3 dam for attacks but what about for ff?

Maneuvers and hover will have 1 end rdx 3 def

What would you do in this build?

For the ally shields, 3 defense is good.

Dispersion Bubble, 1 endrdx, 3 defense.

Damping Bubble is going to be the tricky one, as you really want high recharge and high defense, so if you can afford to 6 slot it, you're golden, if not, I'd say 2 reach, 2 def minimum

What this team needs is more Defenders

I would not waste 3 slots on hover for defense. Positioning out of melee range will be mitigation enough IMHO. Hover has miniscule defense.

I would slot 2 accuracies in Repulsion bolt.
I would put 3 defense in Deflection shield and Insualation shield

2 end redux and 3 defense in Dispersion bubble

2 accuracies and 2 or 3 damage in Force Bomb
1 Recharge and 3 Defense in Damping Bubble

If you were to take Personal Force field you only need the default slot for defense

Nobody takes Detention.
You might take Repulsion Field if you solo, on an alt built. It's hard to justify in teams.

I also like the teleportation pool,

I like having Grant Invisibility

I like Leasdership,

and I think to be the most beastly chewy Forcefield defender, you could take fighting for kick, tough, and weave.

I wanted to update I found that I get better support out of a crabbermind than a defender and it has more offense for a cheap build. It's definitely an avenue to explore if you want a support but don't want to break the bank.
