Empowerment station and the warshade nova

[Ukase]

So, my intent was to go through Perez park for the explorations. Level 10 at the moment, so since my warshade doesn't have Super Speed, I simply got the stealth from the buff station in my SG. 

But when I shift forms to Nova to fly...(hard to teleport easily in winding paths of trees) there's no stealth. Zero. 

And for some inexplicable reason, I can't use my base/sg/mission/team teleports either. 

Why are nova and I presume dwarf forms unable to make use of the buffs and the temps? 

Is this a bug? Cuz it sure bugs me!
