Returning player here. Just curious what's the best server population wise and roleplaying wise(if any Roleplaying guilds exist out there)

Excel has the highest population and Everlast is the role-playing server. 

[Psyonico]

Everlasting also happens to be the 2nd most popular shard.

If you go to the homepage of these forums it shows the servers and how many are online.

Everlasting is the unofficial RP server and Reunion is located in Europe, so if you are also located in Europe it may be the most responsive.

It is also important to point out that many in the EU opt to play on Excelsior as well for various reasons that I've seen.
