"Bad Cookie" trying to enter my base

I tried to enter my base, and got this error.  I had just left that base with the same character and the same zone just a couple of minutes earlier.  Everlasting, and the character was Maxine Pain.  This is the full copy paste from the error dialog:

(Edit: the error did not repeat, I was able to enter as soon as I logged back in.)

I got this same error just now whilst trying to enter my favorite transport hub base on Excel, STATION-18074.

 

I assume that this was the usual, 'You were trying to enter a base as it was being unloaded, so got booted,' error that you sometimes see. Usually though, that has an error message like 'Mapserver disconnected' or something like. 

 

Sadly, I was not able to get a screenshot. I was in the process of hitting the space bar as soon as I saw the message, which dismissed it.
