You ever think that it would be cool to have a metallic leg or a robotic leg  and the other leg be tight leather?  What about a left arm that is bioluminescence  and the right arm be, well, whatever your imagination (game) allows? 

 

I have. 

 

What I propose is having arms and legs to get the same treatment as the gloves, boots, shoulders, and eye auras. 

 

We know that the devs have the tools and knowledge to accomplish this.  I feel strongly that this would be a nice addition to the costume creator.

Correction....

Eye aura is a left and right choice, not like the gloves etc.

I've thought about this as well.  I don't think it's a simple ask because upper arms are tied to the torso, so you'd have to figure out how to split up the costumes.

 

Similar with legs and the pelvis.

They have a start to it with one of the chest options robotic arms; but I'm not sure how hard it would be to split those away from the chest category into their own option.

 

I do like this idea a lot, but Psyonico does bring up a good point that the arms and legs appear to be attached to the pelvis and torso and this might not be as simple of a request as it initially seems since we don't have dedicated arm options in the costume creator.

 

But if it could be made to happen, I would love it! More customization options like this seems like a good thing to me, especially in a game that's all about character creativity.

I wouldn't be against it but I'd rather see Head -> Detail 1 and 2 options split into Detail 1a, Detail 1b, and Detail 2a, Detail 2b so we could have characters with horns and sunglasses, mustaches and cigars, and numerous other combinations that currently cannot be had.

 

I'd also like to see auras split again allowing for two distinct auras and then a travel aura.

 

Maybe if we got those, I could get behind putting work into splitting the arms/torso and legs into separate things.  I think for how to accomplish it, it would probably have to be done similar to how the robot arms are accomplished currently with an entirely separate upper body set up with arm(s) set up independently but not limited to primarily robotic options like we currently have.  Then the lower body would have to be done similar with separate choices for pelvis and each leg.
