Defeat all foes in weather lab mission from Maxwell Christopher

So, I'm not sure if this is an actual bug, but it seems like it's one to me. 
Doing the Defeat all foes in Weather Lab for the meteorologist badge. 

The first mission is to defeat 30 Nemesis. No problem, there's a Nemesis invasion going on in Talos right now! So, I stand on the hill let a nuke fly...and zip for progress. I target one, use snipe, one shot, one kill. No progress. 

I check the mission details to see if they had to be in PI or something, but the details say to kill anywhere. 


So, it's a minor thing. I imagine Nemesis invasion troops are probably identified with some other variable name, as I'm thinking this mission was created earlier than the nemesis invasions. 

Still, I felt it worth reporting.
