Hypothermia Badge peekabo

Not sure if this is a bug but the Hypothermia badge just shows up with no "You got a badge!" message

It's common with the Holiday/Anniversary badges.   I think the badge is awarded before announcements can happen since it's just given the moment you are logged in with the character, while most other badges you'd get on login (dayjob for example) need to check progress.

Well its been a year so I don't remember lol. Just thought I would put it out there, if WAI carry on and ignore me!
