Pulse FX for Electric Armor powers

It would be really nice to have controls over the pulse that happen when static shield is on. It's my favorite looking toggle in the game with the aura it has, but it makes the character pulse white under the aura and kinda ruins whole effect. Dark armor powers have controls for "no pulse or fade". I'd love it if Electric Armor (or any of the toggle powers) had this option.
