Phase Shift bug from Concealment power pool

Hi,

 

I encounter a bug when using Phase Shift from Concealment power pool.

When activated, I discovered that Phase Shift not only makes the user invulnerable, it also makes the enemies invulnerable. Also tested when in a team, when other players hit the mob when I was in Phase Shift, the mob takes no damage and only the word 'Unaffected' floats over its head.

The damage resumes as per normal the moment I deactivate Phase Shift.

Was using Earth/Electric Dominator with Concealment power pool.

When Phase Shift, you cannot affect or be affected by those in normal space.  So enemies aren't invulnerable, you just cannot do anything to them...They would be "Unaffected" by all your powers...

Let me make sure I understand

1.) You were phase shifted

2.) Your teammates were NOT phase shifted?

3.) Your teammates couldn't damage the mob?

Just in case people miss this out :

1. - Yes. The Phase Shift toggle was active. And Phase Shift lasts for 30 seconds. It will also give you a debuff that doesn't allow you to Phase Shift (or similar powers like Hibernate from Ice Mastery pool) for the next 120 seconds. My Phase Shift cooldown is at the moment 126 seconds, so by the time Phase Shift is usable again, the debuff is no longer active.

 

2. - There's no skills in their skill set to allow phase shifting nor are they affected by other phase shifting mechanics. Phase Shift from the Concealment power pool only affects the user. And because it only affects the user, I can't say if it will affect any pets / dropped power that belongs to the user, though in some sense the pets / dropped power too is part of the user. That's why I tested it not only when solo, but also in teams.

 

3. - A team of 8 dudes hitting on a single mob with the word 'Unaffected' floating over its head, and no damage(its similiar trying to hit the illusionist from Carnival of Shadows when its phase is active). I know RNG is bad, but it can't be that bad that all 8 misses on a couple of attacks. I also notice that said mob is also unable to damage the other players when my phase shift is active, it's like a 2-way street.

 

And after the Phase Shift ends / or after I shut it down manually :

The damage resumes as per normal the moment I deactivate Phase Shift.

 

This can be troubling as I took this power to protect myself, not to hinder my teammates lol!! Although, it might seemed fun at first....

If these issue can't be solved, or if it's only isolated to me, do let me know and I'll respec out of it and take another power, back to the drawing board.
