Hybrid Slot 11% Unlocked

Dear Sir,

    I ran Number Six mission arc on Lady Milkshake, and finished it today.  I some how ended up with 11% towards Hybrid Unlocked before having the other five completely unlocked.  I dunno if this is a known bug or not.

It's been known about.  And apparently I even tested a couple things with it
