Login issues

Hey I recently changed my password and name for my account and since then I can't log in at all anymore I don't know what to do cause that's hours of gameplay lost, plus the characters I had.

 

Any way to help me resolve this issue would be fantastic and greatly appreciated.

I would file a support ticket, be sure to include the email address that is associated with the account and the support team should be able to get you back playing in no time.

If this is the forum account you are currently using, go to the top of this page and select game account and it will show you the game account name and allow you to reset the password. The game account and forum account are two separate things.

I think you went to the wrong place as you can't change your account name once created.
