So, the CoH equivalent of a Viltrumite.......I'm thinking  Super Strength, Willpower Brute 

 

Viltrumites are rugged and tough but can be hurt, but they heal up from injuries that would take down a normal person.  They can also be single minded and vicious in battle, so that would mean perma charged rage and an easily maxed out fury bar.
