Pleonast Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I recently discovered that I could slot the Perfect Zinger psionic damage proc in Rise to the Challenge (Willpower). Is it worthwhile to dedicate a slot for this? The American Dream, Willpower/Kinetic Melee Tanker, Everlasting.
Maelwys Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago On the one hand... it's a toggle; so proc activation rate will be garbage. On the other hand... Willpower tends to need all the help it can get. I imagine it'll depends how scarce your slots are.

The base Accuracy of Rise to the Challenge is "only" 1.0, so in addition to the toggle giving it a poor chance, the ToHit chance won't be particularly good (against higher con enemies). For Tankers, I typically only opt to include the Perfect Zinger %Psi piece in attacks. Some Tanker primaries have good candidates, but not IMO Willpower. I don't even use %Psi in Taunts, because I like the set bonuses from Mocking Beratement better, and the max number of targets for a Taunt is only 5.
Pleonast Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago Thanks for the feedback. So not very effective. I don’t really have spare slots, but it’s a tiny tempting to cause damage just from standing so close to my awesomeness. 😉 The American Dream, Willpower/Kinetic Melee Tanker, Everlasting.

I'm honestly not sure you'd even get much benefit from End Redux or ToHit DeBuff in that slot. Best to just load up on its healing effectiveness - on my scrapper I slot a full set of Preventative Medicine in there. Combined with a set of Reactive Defenses in Heightened Senses or Weave, you've got some really nice set bonuses there as well as a couple of great uniques.
