This request is... uhm... ... simple? Not for implementation most likely, but in concept at least. The request is for sounds that can be added to spots in a base. Like how the fogs fill a set area, I'm asking for a sound that will periodically be heard in a fixed (small) area. Like growling. Even the howling of the demons. Very loud, heavy breathing. (Though this one I would prefer constantly playing rather than periodically.) Loud, heavy footsteps. Sounds that I can place like in my maze that don't constantly sound, and so may (hopefully) catch people off guard and add flavor/ambience to the base.

I would also like music that doesn't require the boombox, but at least I can hide the boombox and have music playing in a room without it sounding throughout the base.

I kind of wish some of the objects we have with sounds could be separated from those sounds and then have a whole new tab of placeable sound effects so we can choose what things sound like or if they have no sound at all.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but just in case.

No, that is the opposite of what I want. That takes a sound file and applies it to the entire base. I am looking for localized sounds. The periodic sound of heavy footfalls down a hall. The random sound of growling from that darkened area you can't enter. The surprising sound of a very large creature breathing in your vicinity. Not base wide sounds.

Edit: To use existing assets as a reference, what I want is like the boombox NPC available in the editor except for various sounds and without the need to bury the boombox and NPC under the floor, under the stage, or inside a pillar.

And a supplemental request: Can the boombox be made louder? It's music disappears behind the other fx. I can hear some of the lights in my club better than the music from the boombox.

Edited to correct "be" to "the".
