What Interface is best?

ok i am looking at Ice / Spines tanker so i will be slowing enemies and doing - recharge i ha 2 - Res buffs in the build Annialation and Fury of the gladiator. Looking at the Interface options  1.) Degenerative -Max HP     2.) Diamagnetic to hit debuff proc /  - Regen      3.) Reactive Resistance Debuff   4.) Paralytic Defence Debuff. that being said what is my best option ?

3 for Regular Content.

1 for AVs/GMs.

And "anything else with a damage proc attached to it" if there are already too many people in your team running 3 and 1 and the stacks are constantly capped.

Not all the damage proc Interfaces do the same amount of damage. The higher damage ones are fire (Reactive Radial), energy (Preemptive Radial) and negative (Spectral Radial).
