Is this a possibly viable combo? Or how bad is it?

I'd be posting a thumbs up emoji if that was one of the available options, that sound like a solid combo to me.  The AVs/Heroes you fight won't like you though.

 

My main concern would be your annoyance at weapon redraw if you choose to spam Infrigidate while blasting.
