Freebie Menu on Brainstorm

So, I could swear I saw something about the Freebie menu in orange a few days ago, but if I did see it, I forgot what it said. And, if it was something else, then I'm doing the right thing is asking about the Freebie Menu on Brainstorm. I've used it before, and just went on and didn't see it - although it did look different from the last time I looked.

Edit: The menu is available, by using /popmenu freebiesmenu   
Then there's an option to make a macro for it to appear. But for those who don't know that, they'll be unlikely to sort it out and use it.
