Twinshot stops giving out missions at level 10

Recently made a new character, and found myself locked out of Twinshot's arc at level 10, despite the wiki stating her level range is 5-19, and me recalling getting missions from her at those levels both on live and earlier versions of homecoming.

Hrm, the fact that lower-level quests vanish before her max level is bit of an incongruity to how other contacts work.

Her 3 ARCs have different Ranges. At level 10 you have outleveled the initial 5-9 ARC. The other ARCs are 10-15, and 15-20. Not sure whether or not you can get the other ARCs if you didn't do the first one, the WIKI is not clear about that. Her Max level of 19 is not for all ARCs. If you are over the level of a contacts range they will not give out missions, although if you level out of range after starting an ARC they will usually allow you to finish it. The first 2 ARCs are available thru Ouroboros, after which I believe the 3rd may become available once you complete the first 2, not sure.
