Zakkon1 Posted Tuesday at 04:55 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:55 PM Was hoping I could get some insight into the build nerds here as far as my plant/fire build goes. I took some inspiration from some of the other builds floating around, as I'm still not 100% sure on how proccing goes. This is for the next patch, (hence sport burst) so maybe it'd be beneficial to switch out the procs in carrion creepers or will they remain good enough to stay where they are? Proc builds have never been my forte, I'm quite vanilla when it comes to builds and usually use full sets, but I decided to give this a try. Please tell me how I can make this better!I Dominator (Plant Control - Fiery Assault).mbd
Uun Posted Wednesday at 03:39 PM Posted Wednesday at 03:39 PM With the new patch, procs have a substantially lower chance to fire in Carrion Creepers. I switched mine (on the beta server) to a Targeted AoE set. Consider taking Spirit Tree, which now has a taunt aura and works well as an opener dropped in the middle of a spawn. Doesn't need more than the base slot. Uuniverse
MoonSheep Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago some thoughts as someone who mains a mind/fire dom - overall it seems fine, nothing drastically wrong - Combustion isn't overly great, the animation time is really long - Fire blast is a good power worth having - I wouldn't bother with tough and weave, all your powers are mostly ranged. Just lock stuff down rather than trying to tank mobs - I like the slotting of fireball - I expect you'll need more endurance, slot out health with some more endurance or recovery procs, put some more endurance into stamina - I don't think incinerte will proc that often give its fast recharge, i'd just put hecatomb in it - Rain of fire is awful - I'd 2 slot embrace of fire - Super speed at lvl 49 is a bit odd, you will never exemp a single time? If you're not dying you're not living
