Regen - Revive

Does a Regeneration user still have the ability to revive themselves with the new changes?

I'm asking if they have the ability to do so within the Regeneration power set, as they did previously with the Revive power.

  Yes, the second wind power is a revive and max HP power

lol I totally get that one. Lots of self restraint, especially with the changes that just hit. Need a mental c*ck cage.

 

I'm also pretty negatively minded about Regen as a whole. I was there when it got nerfed HARD (talking about the original IH nerf) and the set didn't get any signifigant changes until...well...now. The set was pretty flipping bad. I'm hoping the fact it got some love for once changes that.
