Erin West Arc - Missing Teammates

So I'm on the final mission. I lost 2 teammates to the DE ambush earlier and had a mutiny just before this. Over the PA system I told everyone to come with my to the Utopia complex but only Shadow Dragon showed up at the door (there should've been 5 of them). 

 

EDIT: Another issue, Erin got pissed and sent those 4 missing teammates to hunt me down, and Shadow Dragon disappeared at this moment and then only reappeared after I beat the infested alpha team members in the final room. There might have also been some missing cutscene dialogue? Shadow said her bit at the end but there were a few scenes with no text beforehand, that doesn't feel quite right.

I had an odd case as well, Shadow was supposed to come with me, but I had someone else.
