BrandX Posted June 23 Posted June 23 It appears to get disabled from use in Ouroboros missions when one things like AT Only Powers, Player Debuffed, and such is selected. I took the power at level 28, and doing eliminate clockwork king (and other flashback missions) and I lose access to Aura of Insanity. Also sent in support tickets in game, to let this bug be known.
