Game crashing during initial load-up.

I can't create any characters. The game keeps crashing before the Tutorial/Mercy/Atlas load up. The character shows up in the server character select list, but the initial load-up won't work. 

 

Existing characters seem to work fine.

Not setup to read the crash reports, but I'm sure someone will be with you on that shortly, In the Meantime...

What Launcher are you using?

With the resent launch of Issue 28: Page 2, if you are still using Tequila or Island Rum you may not be able to load properly. Starting fresh with the Homecoming Launcher or Launch Cat would be a good move as support for the older Launchers is minimal, while the new ones are more secure and fully supported.

I believe we have sorted this, it needed the "reset graphics on next run" box to be ticked
