More one-sided face patters

Could we get some of the face patters that are symmetrical shapes for both eyes have new options for right eye and left eye?

Dark Eyes, Under Eyes, Stars, Goth...
Also Star Eye, Fish hook, War Paint, and Tribal half getting mirrored and both versions?

I'm currently building an outfit that uses the metal plate eye detail (only covers right eye... a mirrored version of that might be handy too) and it shows more flesh through the eye hole than I would like. Was thinking Dark Eye under it would fix that nicely but having to have both eyes dark kinda undermines the desired effect.
