Electric single target rotation

So I just got my electric/bio stalker to 50, and I'm loving the aoe compared to StJ. But I still want to optimize against AVs, even if it won't be as awesome.

 

So what is the best single target rotation for electric? Money is no object.

Skip CB if recharge is buffed enough.
