healaxe Posted July 10 Posted July 10 So I download the Launchcat Installer, Run it and it pops up and runs, downloads but then theres no COH Launcher. I had it installed on this mac previously but had to delete it from applications, could that be what is causing it? what can i do?
Garymathers Posted July 16 Posted July 16 Yeah. I had this happen too. I switched from the old launcher Island rum. I had to delete all my old coh.exe stuff and reinstall launch cat
Huckleberry Posted September 20 Posted September 20 I just bought a new Mac and installed Wine-devel (10.15) using Homebrew. Then I downloaded and ran LaunchCat. It took me right to the CoH launcher where I was able to download and run the client. It did NOT create a CoH launcher icon or anything like that. HOWEVER, I can use the LaunchCat application to now open the launcher and run CoH. Should I be using Island Rum?

No, the Homecoming Launcher is fully supported by the HC Crew and is the best way to go. Support for Island Rum is limited and will eventually be phased out altogether.
